Refund Policy

At Prints by Nikki, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Is misprinted
  • Is incorrect due to a production error

What to Do If There's a Problem:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact hello@printsbynikki.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the problem. We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund if it qualifies.

Notes:

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing (please check the size guide before ordering).
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for faulty or misprinted items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
