Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as all items are made to order.

Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock availability accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time. without notice.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) for UK customers and USD ($) for US customers. VAT is applicable to UK orders only.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

UK Customers

UK customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

US Customers

Under US consumer law, there are no federal requirements for retailers to accept change of mind returns. As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or change of preference.
Replacements or refunds are offered for damaged, defective, or misprinted items only. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
