Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as all items are made to order.

Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock availability accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time. without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments by major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

All products are made to order and each item is unique and produced once your order is placed.
We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the custom nature of our products.
We will happily replace or refund items if they are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
