Because all items are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, we're unable to cancel or make changes once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

All items are made to order, meaning they are created especially for you once your order is placed.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Do You Offer Tracked Shipping?
Most orders include tracking.  If tracking is available, you'll receive the details by email once your order has been dispatched.

We don't accept returns for change of mind, as all items are made to order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll happily offer a replacement or refund. Just contact us with a clear photo of the issue and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
