At Prints by Nikki, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item:

Arrives damaged
Is defective
Is misprinted
Is incorrect due to a production error

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the problem

We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund if it qualifies.

Please Note

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please check the guide size carefully before ordering.
Items must not of been worn or washed if being assessed for a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved.
