At Prints by Nikki, each item is made to order just for you. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Our Quality Guarantee

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Is defective
• Is misprinted
• Is incorrect due to a production error

This applies to all customers worldwide.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@printsbynikki.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

UK Customers  — Your Legal Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To exercise this right:

• Email hello@printsbynikki.com within 14 days of receiving your order
• We will provide our return address
• Return the item in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, via a tracked postal      service at your own cost
• Email us your tracking number once posted
• Refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• We cannot process refunds for items not received
• Items lost in transit during return are the responsibility of the customer — we                recommend using an insured tracked service

Exchanges: To request an exchange, email us at hello@printsbynikki.com within 14 days of delivery, stating the item and size you'd like in exchange. Once confirmed, return your item via a tracked postal service at your own cost and email us your tracking number. Once we receive the item, we'll send you a discount code for your new order. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference at checkout. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

US Customers — Your Legal Rights

Under US consumer law, there is no federal requirement for retailers to accept change of mind returns. 

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Refunds or replacements are offered for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly produced items only, in line with our quality guarantee above.
