Thank you for shopping at Prints by Nikki. Below you'll find all the key details about how and when your items will be shipped.

Made to Order

All of our products are made to order using trusted production partners. This means your item is created especially for you once your order is placed.

Delivery & Fulfilment

We currently deliver to UK and US addresses. We use a network of fulfilment centres and aim to produce each order as close to the delivery address as possible.

Depending on product availability, stock levels, the printing method required and fulfilment-centre capacity, some items may be made and dispatched from a European facility. These orders may take slightly longer to arrive. If an order contains several products, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking information will be provided when each parcel is dispatched. If you are asked to pay an unexpected import charge, please contact us so we can investigate it.

Delivery Time

Estimated UK delivery time: 5 - 7 business days. Estimated US delivery time: 7 - 10 business days.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched (where available).

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
